This album is the third in a series of original instrumental albums, featuring Peter Elman's finely-crafted songs and seamless production. Inspired by childhood summers on Cape Cod, RACE POINT is a return to Peter's roots – thirteen vibrant pieces which are dynamic and soulful.

RACE POINT features several experienced studio musicians, among them bassist John Pierce (John Hiatt, Patty Smyth, Mick Jagger), guitarists Stef Burns (Alice Cooper, Narada Walden), John Blakeley (The Sandals, VanMorrison), drummer John Hanes (Romeo Void) and percussion legend Orestes Vilato (Santana). RACE POINT takes the listener from the quiet of a lonely beach to a roaring groove.
